The Law Office of Diane Barr is a client-focused law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and effective legal representation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities include:
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations in the area of bankruptcy, estates, landlord tenant, real estate, general civil matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and agreements
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies
Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
Work collaboratively with office staff and legal professionals
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently
Prior experience in bankruptcy, family law, civil litigation, or related practice areas preferred
