Description
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional and local teams to execute wealth management strategies
- Oversee sales and distribution activities, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive fund sales and promote investment and unit-linked solutions
- Identify business opportunities and support growth initiatives
- Lead wealth-related projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Deliver product and market training to advisers and sales teams
- Enhance advisory capabilities through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- SFC Responsible Officer holder (Type 1 & Type 4)
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline; CFA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or sales leadership within financial services
- Strong knowledge of investment products, distribution management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
