West Concord Animal Clinic, part of the independently owned Middlesex Veterinary Group, is seeking an experienced, full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team in Concord, Massachusetts.
Located in the heart of West Concord, our hospital provides high-quality, personalized veterinary care to pets and their families throughout Concord and the surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients, practicing excellent medicine, and maintaining the welcoming, personal atmosphere that makes independently owned veterinary practices special.
Our hospital focuses on comprehensive small animal medicine, including preventive care, dentistry, surgery, and the management of both routine and complex medical cases. Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced veterinarian who is confident in their clinical abilities, comfortable managing a variety of medical cases, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can practice independently while also appreciating the value of collaboration, strong communication, and teamwork.
We're particularly interested in someone who:
Has experience practicing small animal medicine in a clinical setting
Is confident managing wellness, sick, and more complex medical cases
Demonstrates sound clinical judgment and strong diagnostic skills
Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues
Values efficiency, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
Is interested in building lasting relationships with clients and their pets
Takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality veterinary medicine
Surgical and dental experience is a plus, although we welcome candidates with varying areas of clinical interest.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution and must be fully licensed and legally authorized to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts by their start date.
